Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall arena operations
- Manage reservations efficiently
- Schedule staff shifts
- Train and mentor staff
- Oversee cafeteria operations
Qualifications:
- Proven staff management skills
- Experience in managing kids’ activities
- Proficiency in Greek and English; Russian is a plus
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and email
- Flexible time management, including weekends and events
